Find Support, Build Skills, and Heal in Community
Sometimes the most powerful healing happens when we realize we’re not alone. Our group therapy programs provide a safe, guided space where individuals can share experiences, build practical coping skills, and connect with others navigating similar challenges.
We currently offer Grief & Loss Support Groups and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups for teens.
Each group is facilitated by trained clinicians and designed to provide both emotional support and practical tools you can use in daily life.
Spots are limited to maintain a supportive and intimate group environment.
Grief & Loss Support Groups
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our grief groups offer a compassionate space where participants can explore their emotions, share their experiences, and find support from others who understand.
These groups focus on helping participants:
• Process the emotions that come with loss
• Build healthy coping strategies
• Feel supported by a caring community
• Move forward while honoring their experiences

During the group, teens may participate in:
• Guided conversations about grief and loss
• Activities that help express emotions safely
• Mindfulness and grounding exercises

Sharing is always optional, and teens are encouraged to participate at a level that feels comfortable for them. The goal of the group is to help teens feel understood, less alone, and better equipped to navigate the complex emotions that come with grief.
