Rebecca Howard is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who offers a warm, supportive space for women, children, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. Outside the therapy room, you'll often find Rebecca curled up with a good book, or with her family in the kitchen, playing a board game, or soaking up time in the mountains.

MEDICAID - Davis county residents have to be seen at Davis Behavioral Health - FBH is NOT able to see these clients. We can only see clients with medicaid that reside outside of Davis County. We are ONLY set up to bill Medicaid through Select Health and U of U.

Benefits are based off of Primary Insurance and client will need to pay deductible, copay and/or coinsurance based on primary insurance at the time of service.
