Polly McQuarrie, Master of Counseling/School Counseling and Human Services, Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), provides psychotherapy to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, self-harm, low self-esteem and gender dysphoria. Polly has expertise working with adolescents who struggle with mental health disorders, including suicidal ideations and attempts. She believes adolescents can find hope through learning to identify and understand triggers for insecurities and negative emotions. Polly also believes that adolescents are best supported in making healthy changes when they participate in family therapy. She is certified in pre and post suicidal behaviors and in running youth groups in Mindfulness, Love and Logic, Strengthening Families, Boys Town, Reconnecting Youth.

Therapeutic Modalities: Lifespan Integration, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Body-based, polyvagal, anxiety, and suicide prevention.
Works with return missionaries, college age, Male 40+ and females over 70.

MEDICAID - Davis county residents have to be seen at Davis Behavioral Health - FBH is NOT able to see these clients. We can only see clients with medicaid that reside outside of Davis County. We are ONLY set up to bill Medicaid through Select Health and U of U.
