
Carrie Huntsman-Jones

Dr. Carrie Huntsman-Jones is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently completing a post-
master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certificate at New
Mexico State University. She holds a BSN from Oregon Health & Science University, an
MSN in Community Health and a post-master’s certificate in Nursing Education from the
University of Utah, a post-master’s FNP certificate from the University of Massachusetts
Boston, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Population Health Leadership from
New Mexico State University. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, she
has cared for patients across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults (ages
12–100), in a variety of medical and behavioral health settings. Her clinical experience
includes treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions as well as mood,
anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related, and other behavioral health disorders.
Dr. Huntsman-Jones believes in treating the whole person by addressing both physical
and mental health needs while considering the cultural, spiritual, and social factors that
influence well-being. She values building strong therapeutic relationships, listening
carefully to each patient’s goals and concerns, and developing individualized treatment
plans that promote lasting health and wellness. Passionate about improving access to
mental health services, she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based
care to diverse patient populations and helping individuals achieve meaningful
improvements in their quality of life.

MEDICAID - Davis county residents have to be seen at Davis Behavioral Health - FBH is NOT able to see these clients. We can only see clients with medicaid that reside outside of Davis County. We are ONLY set up to bill Medicaid through Select Health and U of U.

Benefits are based off of Primary Insurance and client will need to pay deductible, copay and/or coinsurance based on primary insurance at the time of service.
