Tricia Page earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and brings over 14 years of diverse experience in both residential and intensive outpatient settings. She is dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate challenges related to compulsive and anxiety disorders, as well as substance abuse.

MEDICAID - Davis county residents have to be seen at Davis Behavioral Health - FBH is NOT able to see these clients. We can only see clients with medicaid that reside outside of Davis County. We are ONLY set up to bill Medicaid through Select Health and U of U.

Benefits are based off of Primary Insurance and client will need to pay deductible, copay and/or coinsurance based on primary insurance at the time of service.
