Brooke Lewis has a Master Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She is an EMDR trained therapist who enjoys working with families, couples, and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges including feelings of depression and anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief and loss, body-image issues, sexuality, substance use, and parenting concerns. Brooke specializes in supporting women in their changing roles throughout the lifespan, including relationship dynamics, childbearing, postpartum, parenting, faith transitions and beyond. Brooke is fluent in Spanish and has experience working therapeutically with Latino families and individuals

Therapeutic modalities: Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind Body Bridging, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Marriage Therapy.

MEDICAID - Davis county residents have to be seen at Davis Behavioral Health - FBH is NOT able to see these clients. We can only see clients with medicaid that reside outside of Davis County. We are ONLY set up to bill Medicaid through Select Health and U of U.
